Backing and rehearsal tracks
As well as preparing scores and parts, we can also produce audio tracks. These are usually used for rehearsal or audition purposes.
If we have prepared a score or part we can produce a matching audio track. If sufficient material is available we can produce audio tracks from other sources.
Audio tracks are usually supplied in mp3 format allowing easy playback on a variety of devices. Other formats are available on request.
As well as audio tracks that faithfuly represent the score we can provide versions modified for specialist use. For example, audio tracks that emphasise a single line (allowing choir members to learn thier own part), accompaniments with a ghost part (allowing soloists to practice with backing), click tracks, tracks with cues, tracks at reduced tempo, etc.
The audio tracks can be distributed as digital downloads, on CD (data or audio) or by email. See also distribution.
